Job Description

CSB is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to own and optimise our customer retention strategy across CRM, lifecycle marketing and CSB Rewards.

n

You'll design journeys, manage campaigns across Email, SMS and Push, and partner with Data and Tech to improve performance while growing loyalty. Hybrid work on the Gold Coast with a focus on delivering premium customer experiences and measurable improvements in repeat purchases.
