ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Our client, a well-established Sydney Council, is seeking aTalent Acquisition Administrator to join their team on a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR administration experience to support a busy internal TA function.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Up to 3 months contract, full time in office. InCouncil, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide administrative support across the full end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

DUTIES.

- Managing recruitment contractsanddocumentation
- Scheduling and coordinatinginterviews
- Assisting HR withonboarding




- Maintaining accurate recruitmentrecords
- Ensuring compliance withdocumentation requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or HR administration
- Council or Local Government experience highly desirable
- Immaculate attention to detail and written skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of administration

REMUNERATION & BENFITS.

- $50 - $55 p/h + Super
