We're on the lookout for a proven Site Manager to deliver a high-end, multi-level commercial fit-out in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This $20M project includes an internal staircase, commercial kitchen, and premium lobby works - ideal for someone with experience managing complex builds with multiple moving parts.

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly from structure through to finishes. This is a fast-paced setting with a Tier 2 builder that values quality, safety, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Full on-site delivery and coordination of trades
n
- Program management and sequencing of works
n
- Ensuring site safety and compliance
n
- Managing client and consultant relationships on-site
n
- Leading site meetings and subcontractor coordination
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous experience delivering commercial fit-outs valued at $15M+
n
- Strong understanding of staging,



services coordination, and high-end finishes
n
- Ability to manage high-spec works like internal staircases and commercial kitchens
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail
n
