We're partnering with a global, high-end fitness brand to recruit high-performing Sales & Membership Advisors across multiple clubs in Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Driving new membership sales through calls, appointments, referrals, outreach, events and creative campaigns
n




- Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to sign-up to induction
n
- Creating a welcoming, energetic experience for every prospective member
n
- Working toward monthly KPIs
n
- Representing your club with pride - in the gym, the community and beyond
n

Roster & Flexibility

n

This isn't your standard 9-5—it's a energetic, people-focused role that reflects the energy of the fitness industry.

n

This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between 8am and 8pm, including some weekends and public holidays. Rosters are set in advance so you can still plan around your life.

n

Note: Only candidates eligible to commit to a permanent full-time contract will be considered. Unfortunately, working holiday visas are not supported.

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're on the lookout for confident, motivated sales professionals who are ready to bring energy, initiative, and a strong customer focus to the team. Ideal candidates will have:

n

- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
n
- A people-first approach—you're outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle
n
- Previous membership or fitness sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
n
