The Ternary, located in the heart of Darling Harbour in Sydney, is part of Accor's flagship venue. We seek an experienced Junior Sous Chef to lead service across Grill, Wok, and Wine Bar concepts in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting.

You will work closely with senior chefs to maintain exceptional food quality, drive operational standards, and engage guests with confident, guest-focused service. Full-time role with generous salary and Accor staff benefits.
