Heavy Equipment Fleet | Maintenance Leadership

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of fleet maintenance for our Perth branch.

n

This role plays a key part in supporting branch performance and maintaining operational standards across the fleet.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Lead maintenance coordination across heavy plant and equipment
n
- Plan and prioritise servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
n
- Monitor fleet condition and minimise equipment downtime
n
- Maintain parts coordination, maintenance records and compliance
n
- Provide technical guidance to mechanics and customers
n

About You

n

n
- Robust background in heavy diesel and mobile plant
n
- Knowledge of earthmoving, compaction or access equipment
n
- Experience supervising mechanics or leading workshop
n




- Confident diagnosing faults and guiding technicians
n
- Organised and capable of managing a busy hire fleet
n

This is a busy operational role working typical industry hours, with participation in a shared on-call roster and occasional Saturday work when required.
