About the role:
This role will sit in our Ambulatory Care Unit and will be casual 24/32 hours a week and may include extra cover if needed. We can discuss part time also.
- Respond to patient queries across multiple channels (email, SMS, in person, and phone).
- Provide accurate, clear, and timely information.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to resolve issues.
- Advocate for patient needs
- Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience through clear communication and realistic expectation-setting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer support or similar roles.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A patient, positive, and empathetic approach.
- (Preferred) Experience in healthcare, with an understanding of the sensitivities involved.
