Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Croydon, London, is seeking a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join an Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team on a locum, part time basis (5 months, 3 days per week).

You will provide community-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments, collaborate with GPs, Social Services and nursing teams, supervise rehab assistants, and contribute to governance and service development. HCPC registration and NHS community experience are desirable.
