Job Description
Premium Health is looking for an experienced and energetic First Aid Trainer to join our team on a casual basis. As an integral part of the Premium Health team, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing first aid and CPR training to a diverse range of organisations across the State. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, brings energy and professionalism to the training room, and takes pride in delivering high-quality training.
As a First Aid Trainer , you can expect to:
- Lead group training classes
- Work with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors, from corporate to government to community
- Enjoy being 'on the go' - travelling to different training locations and facilities within metropolitan suburbs and regional/rural locations
- Undertake continued professional development through Premium Health and gain hands-on experience

Desired Skills and Experience
Background and Experience
As an experienced and passionate trainer, you will have:
- First aid training experience or VET training experience in a health-related field
- Current industry experience in a first aid environment (eg. St Johns Ambulance volunteer)
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, effectively engaging learners
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
- Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Current drivers’ licence and have your own reliable, registered and insured vehicle andwilling to travel around metropolitan suburbs and surrounding regional/rural areas
