Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver first-class front-of-house services at Lakeside Leisure Centre. You will engage with members and casual users, handling bookings and memberships in line with centre procedures.

The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude, robust computer skills, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Prior leisure industry experience is desirable; police and working with children checks are expected.
