Our Support Services staff are integral to the wellbeing of our residents, delivering high-quality services. We are currently looking for a Casual Cleaning, & Laundry staff to join our team who are passionate about making a difference.

What You Will Do

Cleaning & Laundry:

- Maintaining legislated safety, quality,



and hygiene standards
- Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
- Cleaning communal and dining areas
- Cleaning and sorting laundry
- Maintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use.
- Adhering to infection control principles, WHS requirements including the protected storage and use of chemicals and complete cleaning requirements according to facility schedules
- Completing required documentation and reporting

Catering

- Preparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinks
- Distribution of meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen duties
- Dining room services
- Providing excellent personalised service to our residents
- Ensure duties are performed in accordance with Infection Control and Food Safety Handling Standards
- Ensure a high standard and quality of cleanliness throughout the organisation.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment.
- Completion of documentation

What You Will Bring

- Experience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently hold and maintain a NDIS Workers Screen (or willing to obtain) - Mandatory
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes is highly regarded but not essential
