Are you a natural leader who loves helping others succeed? Work Skills Corporation (WSC) is looking for a Residential Home Supervisor to lead a dedicated team while helping create safe, supportive, and meaningful lives for the individuals we serve.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach, and support residential caregiving staff
- Oversee daily routines, activities, and resident care
- Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are supported
- Work closely with families, staff, agencies, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with hiring, interviewing, scheduling, and staff training
- Maintain accurate documentation and licensing/accreditation requirements
- Manage the home’s budget and resources
- Participate in scheduled on-call support
- Promote WSC’s quality standards and a culture of teamwork
