Roles are casual and based in Taree, with Monday to Friday work patterns and levels matching the Level 3 on the enterprise agreement, offering hourly pay of 40.49–43.42 AUD plus super and 25% casual loading.

Ideal candidates bring a Certificate IV or equivalent experience, personal lived experience of mental health challenges, and commitment to recovery-based
