We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our small and supportive team in Wingfield, SA.

This is a hands‑on role where you will work closely with customers, technicians and suppliers to identify parts requirements, provide expert advice and ensure customers receive the right parts, on time.

About The Role

- Interpreting and identifying parts requirements for customers and technicians
- Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and at the counter
- Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
- Sourcing parts and liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining accurate inventory and system records
- Supporting warehouse and parts operations as required
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You





- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Salesperson or similar role
- Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment or automotive parts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (preferred)

Experience within the construction, earthmoving, agricultural, transport, automotive or heavy equipment industries will be highly regarded.
