Full-Time | Monday-Friday, core hours approximately 7.00am - 10.30am and 3.00pm - 7.00pm. Some flexibility required, including occasional later evenings, occasional earlier finishes with notice, and occasional weekend availability by prior arrangement.
About the role
We're a husband-and-wife team, each the Director of our own separate business and we're looking for an experienced, highly organised and trustworthy Personal Assistant to become a genuine right hand across both businesses, our household and our family life. It's a varied, hands-on role covering basic business admin, household management and support with our children.
You’ll work closely with both Directors, anticipating what's needed before it's asked for, and keeping everything, work and home, running smoothly behind the scenes. We're looking for someone to join us on an ongoing, long-term basis.
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys looking after a family home, while also being highly organised and confident working with everyday technology and admin systems.

Key responsibilities
Household and family support
- Childminding and support with three children (age 3 to 11)
- Coordinating tradespeople and other home service providers
- Grocery shopping and general household provisions
- Preparing meals for the family
- Tidying and organising indoor and outdoor living areas
- Cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dishes
Skilled support
- Manage day-to-day and future calendars for both Directors across their respective businesses
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Remind Directors and keep them informed of priorities, changes and key updates throughout the day
- Monitor outbox/sent correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
- Liaise with external contacts and service providers on the Directors' behalf
About you
- Proven experience in a PA/EA, house management, or nanny/childcare role (or a combination)
- Genuinely enjoys preparing meals and takes pride in running a family home
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across work and home
- Strong written communication and a professional manner when representing the Directors
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality (a confidentiality agreement will form part of the role)
- Calm, adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities
- Tech-savvy across basic office software
Pre-employment requirements
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
The property has CCTV, including audio recording, covering indoor and outdoor areas, with footage monitored by an external security provider. Full details, including your consent to this arrangement, will be provided at interview and confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
