The Inside Sales Rep is the go-to contact for Norco Australia's dealers, and Outside Sales Reps, delivering best-in-industry service and standout after-sales support. This is a chance to help shape Norco's next chapter as we go direct in Australia, bringing the energy, ambition, and rider-first passion behind one of the world's top mountain bike brands to an exciting new market.

Key responsibilities

- Provide customer service and support to dealers, addressing needs and requests in a skilled and positive manner.
- Communicate with Outside Reps on a daily cadence, provide territory updates, and work collaboratively to ensure that all dealer needs are met.
- Proactively review open order and exception reports.
- Ensure smooth shipping and effective delivery of Norco products and services.
- Work with Outside Reps to drive business in your territory.




- Communicate with the Sales Reps to ensure orders are submitted and shipped on time to meet all order entry deadlines and shipping windows as outlined.
- Enter and process return authorization requests for dealers and sales reps.
- Provide special events and technical support where needed.

About you

- 2 years of relevant experience within the bike industry.
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, flexibility.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Familiarity with Norco products or with the cycling industry is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
