AXS ANZ is seeking a Ticketing Operations Coordinator to support our Sydney clients and help deliver seamless ticketing operations across live events, including the Hordern Pavilion and Venues NSW.

You may be configuring an event, completing a quality check, preparing a casual staff roster, training scanners or supporting the box office during a live show.
This is a full‑time role based at our AXS Sydney office in Woolloomooloo and may require some travel. This includes working at amazing events across Australia and New Zealand from sport and festivals to live entertainment.

Complete detailed quality assurance checks and peer reviews to confirm event builds are accurate and ready for presale and onsale.
Support onsales, presales, ticket allocations, holds, reporting and other event administration.
Maintain clear event records, checklists and documentation, escalating discrepancies or risks promptly.
Client and Account Support
Support the Ticketing Account Manager with the day‑to‑day delivery of ticketing services for Hordern Pavilion, Venues NSW and other clients as required.

Support event reporting, box office reconciliation and close‑down activities as directed by the Ticketing Account Manager.
Deliver friendly, calm and solutions‑focused support to clients, venue teams, casual staff and fans throughout the event.

Deliver practical training and briefings for casual staff covering ticketing systems, scanning, box office procedures and customer service expectations.
Support casual staff onsite, assist with breaks and redeployment, and provide feedback to the Ticketing Account Manager after each event.

Work closely with AXS teams including Account Management, Client Services, Customer, Marketing and Finance to support overall event delivery.
Share event learnings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of checklists, training materials and operating procedures.
Support other AXS venues and events across Australia and Recent Zealand where required.
Complete other ticketing and operational tasks reasonably assigned to support clients and successful event delivery.
