About the Role

This role has been created in response to the growing demands of month-end reporting and cyclical finance activities across the business. As Credit Corp continues to invest in its finance capability, this position provides critical support to ensure accurate financial outcomes while creating an opportunity for an ambitious accountant to broaden their commercial finance experience. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations and business leaders across ANZ and US divisions, building strong cross-functional relationships and providing insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This exposure to a broad stakeholder group, combined with involvement in key forecasting and budgeting processes, makes this an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a high-performing ASX-listed organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post month-end journals
- Assist with month-end close activities and management reporting
- Review monthly profit and loss results and investigate variances
- Prepare variance analysis and financial commentary
- Maintain reporting schedules and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Update forecasts and budgets based on actual performance
- Prepare first drafts of financial analysis for review by senior finance stakeholders
- Assist with financial modelling and business performance reporting




- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders across the business
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency

About You

You are an ambitious and proactive finance professional with a strong accounting foundation and a desire to continue developing your management accounting and commercial finance skills.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- 3 to 4 years' accounting experience
- Strong month-end reporting experience, including journals, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under deadlines
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- CA or CPA studies commenced, or the intention to commence
