Join a growing insurance team where your automotive knowledge is valued and developed. This is a great chance for a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or experienced Motor Assessor to step away from the tools and build a rewarding career in claims and vehicle assessment.

Who will you be working with?

You’ll join a collaborative motor claims team supporting customers through the vehicle assessment and repair process. Working closely with repairers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to use your technical expertise in a role that combines assessment, negotiation and customer outcomes.

The business is continuing to grow and invests heavily in its people, technology and development. You’ll be supported through comprehensive paid training, experienced leadership and ongoing opportunities to progress within the wider insurance environment.

What will you be doing?

- Assess vehicle damage and establish the cause of loss
- Determine repair scope, methodology and associated costs
- Review repair quotes and reports from panel suppliers
- Negotiate repair scopes and costs with repairers
- Manage claims efficiently from assessment through to resolution
- Deliver quality outcomes for customers and key stakeholders

What do you need?

- Experience in motor vehicle assessing, repair estimating or a similar role
- Panel Beating or Automotive Spray Painting trade qualification is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of vehicle damage, repair methods and repair costs
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full Australian working rights and willingness to complete background checks
