This is a hands-on technical role covering Level 1 & 2 technical support and escalations, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure, networking, firewalls, DNS and cybersecurity, customer onboarding, migrations and technical projects, PowerShell, APIs and system integrations, and AI, automation and internal technology. You'll be part of the technical team working across IT support, customer projects, Microsoft cloud, networking and cybersecurity — with the opportunity to also help build, automate and improve the way technology is delivered.

Key responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support and escalations

Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure environments

Work with networking, firewalls, DNS and cybersecurity

Handle customer onboarding, migrations and technical projects

Work with PowerShell, APIs and system integrations

Contribute to AI,



automation and internal technology initiatives

Take ownership of technical problems, troubleshoot properly and see them through

Work across support and real customer projects

About you

Solid IT support experience and strong technical fundamentals

Confident supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments

Understanding of networking fundamentals

Ability to troubleshoot beyond following a checklist

Solid communication skills with customers

Takes ownership and follows things through

Capable of working on customer projects

Interested in scripting, APIs, AI and automation

Enjoys learning, experimenting and building things

MSP experience would be highly regarded
