About the role

Our client is seeking Client Services professional to join the organisation at their bright, modern office, located in Docklands, Melbourne, The role focuses on the implementation of quality financial and wealth advice, working with a team of highly experience professionals to positively assist in the financial well-being of their clients.

Key responsibilities





- Consistently demonstrate an innovative mindset
- Contribute to the implementation of advice strategies
- Maintain positive client relationships and assist in managing client queries
- Organise in person and virtual client meetings
- Identify and recommend potential improvements to processes within organisation.

Skills and experience

- Administration or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Motivation to succeed in a highly collaborative and client focused organisation
- Robust organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Accounting, Law, or a related field (desired).
