Are you an experienced Skin, Beauty or Dermal Therapist ready to step into a genuine leadership role?

The Verve Lounge is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Clinic Manager | Senior Skin Therapist to lead our Brisbane clinic.

This is more than a management role. You’ll take ownership of clinic revenue, team performance, client growth and day‑to‑day results, while continuing to consult and treat selected clients.

Monday–Saturday roster | Weekend availability required | Australian working rights essential

The Role

- Revenue & performance – achieving weekly/monthly revenue, treatment and retail targets.
- Leads & conversions – actively following up Meta, website and phone enquiries and converting them into consultations and bookings.
- Calendar management – maximising therapist utilisation, filling gaps, rebooking clients, managing waitlists and building forward bookings.




- Marketing & promotions – working with the owners on local marketing and creating monthly offers that generate bookings and revenue.
- Team leadership – coaching, training, onboarding and holding therapists accountable for performance and standards.
- Client journey – overseeing consultations, treatment planning, retention and ensuring we genuinely achieve results for our clients.
- Hands‑on treatments – continuing to treat selected clients while managing the wider clinic.
- Reporting & accountability – providing concise daily, weekly and monthly updates to the owners on revenue, bookings, leads, conversions, team performance and actions.
- Ownership mentality – identifying problems and opportunities and taking action without waiting to be told what to do.

About You

You may currently be a Clinic Manager, 2IC, Assistant Manager or Senior Therapist ready for your next step.

- Beauty, Dermal or Skin Therapy qualifications.
- Strong treatment and skin consultation experience.
- Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies.
- Proven success with sales, KPIs, revenue and client conversion.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Confidence managing rosters, diaries and client databases.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
- A commercial, owner‑minded approach and the initiative to make things happen.

We’re looking for someone who can comfortably move between treating a client, following up a lead, coaching a therapist, reviewing the diary and analysing clinic performance.
