OpenTalent is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Specialist to provide Level 1 & 2 support for 350+ users from our Sydney offices. You will troubleshoot across Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Teams, assist with SOE deployments, manage user accounts, and deliver outstanding service face-to-face, on the phone and remotely.
This is a 3-year contract with opportunities to extend in a cooperative, growth-minded team.
