We are partnering with a well-established professional services organisation based in Brisbane CBD to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their growing People & Culture team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with previous HR administration or coordination experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills within a supportive and energetic team.

About the Role

Working closely with the broader People & Culture team, you'll provide hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities.

- Providing HR administration and coordination support across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Preparing HR documentation, correspondence and reports
- Assisting with recruitment and pre‑employment processes
- Supporting employee queries and general HR enquiries
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated,



proactive and genuinely interested in building a career in HR.

- Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or People & Culture support role
- A good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your HR career
