WCA HVAC&R; is a mechanical services contractor based in the Sutherland Shire, delivering HVAC and refrigeration projects across Sydney. We're looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our office on a permanent, full time basis, working standard hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day.

Key responsibilities

- Supplier invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- General administration

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar accounts role
- Experience with Simpro required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Permanent, secure position with a growing local business
- Standard hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with flexibility available
- Partial work-from-home considered
- Birthday leave
