Iluka Resources is recruiting experienced Shift Coordinators to lead the CLP area of the Eneabba rare earths refinery startup. Roles start in early 2027 and operate on a 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster with BIBO transport and recent camp facilities.

Candidates should have extensive refinery commissioning experience and proven ability to lead both small and large teams, delivering safety, production and quality targets.
