We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of site QA, lead a high performing technical team, and drive a strong Quality & Food Safety culture across a fast‐paced manufacturing setting.

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role with real influence in improving systems, developing people, and embedding quality where it matters most, on the factory floor.

What you'll be known for

n

n
- Driving a positive Culture through BEC Culture Excellence Plans
n
- Building and leading a respected QA team on site
n
- Developing capability through training, skills matrices and coaching
n
- Leading external audits and using insights to lift standards and improve audit preparation
n
- Maintaining and improving site Quality Management System
n
- Partnering closely with Operations to embed QA into daily routines
n
- Using data, trends and lean thinking to drive continuous improvement
n
- Championing Compliance behaviours across the site
n

n





This role will suit you if you:

n

n
- Have 5+ years in a QA leadership role within FMCG or manufacturing
n
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Food Science or equivalent
n
- Experience with GFSI standards and quality system tools
n
- Experience Leading external audits (retail, third‐party, import/export)
n
- Passionate about Quality & food safety and influencing teams with this passion
n
- Balance strong technical capability with practical leadership
n
