Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team for an initial 6 month contract to be part of a major transformation initiative focused on modernising knowledge management, improving process transparency, and enabling future AI‐driven capabilities.

This position will require you to play a key role in capturing critical business processes, documenting system behaviours, designing future‐state workflows, and supporting the development of a centralised knowledge repository.

Typical Duties Include

n

- Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
n
- Document business requirements, functional specifications and user stories
n
- Create wireframes, mock‐ups, process flows, and other design artefacts
n
- Map and re‐engineer business processes (as‐is and to‐be)
n
- Develop system integration specifications, including data flows, dependencies, and interface requirements
n
- Produce Specification for mapping, transformation logic, and validation rules to ensure data integrity
n
- Support solution showcases, demonstrations, and walkthroughs
n
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing,



including test scenario development and defect triage
n
- Contribute to the creation of a structured, searchable knowledge repository
n
- Translate technical concepts (metadata, data dictionaries, SQL logic) into accessible business logic and semantic layers
n

Key Selection Criteria

n

n
- Experienced Technical Business Analyst, Agile Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with a passion for data and AI enablement
n
- Robust background in documenting business requirements, functional designs, and user stories
n
- Experience producing wireframes, screen mock‐ups, and process flows
n
- Demonstrated experience with source to target mapping, data diagrams and working with complex data pipeline components
n
- Experience in process re‐engineering and mapping complex workflows
n
- Exposure to solution demonstrations and supporting UAT activities
