Officeworks Australia is seeking a commercially minded Contract Optimisation Analyst to drive performance across our Customer Contact Centre. This 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our Chadstone Support Office.
You will turn complex data into actionable insights, deliver meaningful reporting, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and partner with operations, technology and data teams to enable continuous improvement and better customer outcomes.
