The City of Kalamunda is seeking an Organisational Change and Strategy Manager to lead enterprise‑wide change, strategic planning and performance initiatives. You will work with the Executive Leadership Team to strengthen capability, readiness and alignment while supporting the City’s strategic priorities.
You will drive readiness, develop change frameworks and coach leaders in their roles as sponsors, establishing change networks and ensuring perks realisation across the organisation.
