Budget Direct’s Auto & General team in North Lakes is seeking Home Claims Consultants to guide customers through the home insurance claims journey. This permanent, full time role is 37.5 hours per week with a rotating schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a Saturday shift every 7–8 weeks.
You will be on the frontline, building trust, reviewing reports, and making claims decisions. Collaborate with builders and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
