Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen team on a full time basis. The role supports the Head Chef, supervises the kitchen staff, and ensures consistently high-quality dishes and dining experiences for guests.
You will oversee food preparation, motivate a diverse team, participate in menu creation and cost analysis, and manage inventory and labor costs while upholding health and safety standards.
