Your next career opportunity

In this role, you will design and deliver high-quality programmes for children aged three months to five years. You will collaborate with a committed team across three centres, continuously enhancing practice under the National Quality Framework. You will mentor colleagues, document learning meaningfully, and champion inclusive, child-led environments that nurture agency and wellbeing.

What you will deliver:

- Implement and evaluate inclusive, play-based programmes aligned with EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Framework requirements.
- Supervise children to ensure safety and wellbeing, maintaining accurate records and observations that inform responsive programme planning.
- Design and maintain sensory-rich, aesthetically pleasing learning environments that challenge, extend and support children's play and development.
- Build respectful, inclusive relationships with families and colleagues,



sharing insights and updates on children's needs, progress and programmes.
- Contribute to centre Quality Improvement planning, mentoring educators and, when required , acting as Responsible Person in leadership's absence.

What you may be a great fit if you :

- Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification, current WWCC, HLTAID012 First Aid, and required child safety and food safety training.
- Bring at least two years' experience in early childhood education across multiple age groups and service types.
- Demonstrate expertise designing, implementing and evaluating programmes aligned with EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Standards regulatory frameworks.
- Apply strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including Education and Care National Law, Child Safe Standards and privacy obligations.
- Offer experience supervising and mentoring educators or students, providing constructive feedback and supporting continuous pedagogical improvement.
- Utilise sound IT skills and clear English communication to produce high-quality documentation that evidences children's learning and progress.
