Heat Pump Services is growing, and we're looking for confident and motivated people to join our sales team.

We sell energy-efficient heat pump hot water systems across Victoria and are looking for people who enjoy talking to customers, working towards targets and earning good money.

The best part? No cold calling.

You'll receive training and support from our team, so you don't need to know everything about heat pumps before you start.

The role

You'll be speaking with homeowners about upgrading their hot water systems to more energy-efficient heat pump technology.

Your role will involve:

- Talking to potential customers and explaining our products
- Qualifying customers and understanding their needs
- Explaining the benefits of heat pump hot water systems
- Helping customers understand their options
- Working towards individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

- Confident and comfortable talking to new people
- Good communicators




- Motivated by targets and earning commission
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Positive and energetic

Sales experience is great, but it isn't essential. Experience in hospitality, retail, promotions, fundraising or customer service would also be highly regarded.
