With the continued growth and development of our teams and business, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Duty Manager to join the Star Group family on a casual or full-time basis .

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the bar team and delivering an energetic, welcoming experience for our locals and sports-loving patrons. You’ll thrive in a rapid-paced pub environment and take pride in great service — especially during major sporting events.

About You

You are:

An enthusiastic, hands-on team leader

A hospitality all-rounder

Highly motivated and driven

Available to work nights and weekends

Passionate about sport, beer, and classic pub culture

You’ll ideally have:

A current RSA

Previous bar or supervisory experience
