WILGA GROUP is looking for an experiencedQualified Landscaper to join our growing team, delivering high-end residential landscapes across some of Melbourne's premier suburbs.

Our projects are predominantly located throughoutToorak, South Yarra, Hawthorn, Brighton and surrounding inner-Melbourne areas , working on architecturally designed homes and detailed landscape projects where quality and craftsmanship matter.

We are looking for someone whoknows their trade, takes pride in their workmanship and understands the level of finish expected on premium residential projects.

The Role

You’ll work across a variety of high-end landscape construction projects, including:

- Hard and soft landscape construction
- Detailed paving and stonework
- Concrete preparation and construction
- Retaining walls
- Timber construction and decking
- Garden edging and steelwork
- Drainage and irrigation
- Soil preparation and planting
- Turf installation
- Landscape lighting preparation
- Excavation and site preparation
- Reading and working from landscape and construction plans
- Setting out and levels
- Detailed finishing works

Our projects vary in size and complexity, providing the opportunity to work acrosscomplete landscape builds as well as highly detailed architectural landscape elements.

Who We're Looking For

We want a landscaper who is:

- Qualified in Landscape Construction or an equivalent trade
- Experienced in high-quality residential landscape construction
- Confident reading plans, setting out and working to levels
- Experienced across both hard and soft landscaping
- Particular about detail, accuracy and finish
- Able to problem-solve and think ahead on site
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Respectful when working around clients, builders,



architects and other trades
- Physically fit and willing to get involved in all aspects of the build
- Someone who genuinely takes pride in their trade

ACertificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent qualification is highly regarded.

A current driver's licence is required. Machine tickets and experience operating excavators, skid steers and other landscape machinery will also be highly regarded.
