Ventia in Melbourne is seeking a Compliance & Performance Assistant to support delivery of compliance, governance, reporting and performance activities under the Defence Clothing System (DCS) contract. You will collaborate with operational and leadership teams to monitor performance and maintain compliance frameworks.
You will work closely with stakeholders, develop reporting, analyse KPI data and support continuous improvement initiatives in a Defence services setting.
