With ongoing demand across South East Queensland , we are seeking skilled real estate, property and administration professionals who are ready to step into flexible temporary assignments - some of which may evolve into permanent opportunities . Around 3-4 of our contractors transition to the same role permanently each month!

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers
- QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
- Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)

Professional presentation , reliability and an adaptable mindset are essential. You’re someone colleagues would describe as dependable , positive and easy to work with and you approach challenges with professionalism and composure.

Temp WEST END RoleRemote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office

Position - Building Manager

When - Mid September 2026 (week commencing 14th or 21th)

Duties - General BM duties, possibly attending Body Corporate meetings

Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm





Parking - Free onsite parking provided

Company Car - N/A

Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
