Novotel Sydney International Airport, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced Banquet Duty Manager to lead event operations and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You will oversee intimate meetings to large conferences and gala dinners, driving service excellence and teamwork.

You will coordinate with the F&B; Manager and Sales teams, manage setup, service and pack-down, and help meet operational budgets while developing Heartists across the department.
