For Purpose Education (FPE) is a training platform with a mission to build and skill care workforces for Australia.
Working through our group of Registered Training Organisations (Practical Outcomes RTO#21857, Selmar Institute of Education RTO# and ARC Training RTO#91007),FPE partners with employers, providers and industry leaders to strengthen workforce capability across the care sectors through education, innovation and quality training solutions.
With a combined 64+ years of experience across our group, we offer nationally recognised training in early childhood education and care, aged care, disability support, and community services.
The Role:
As aClient Partnership Consultant , you'll be thedriving force behindbuilding andmaintaining client relationships andkey strategic partnerships to contribute tobusiness growth.
This is a full-time,12-month Maximum Term Contract role , with the opportunity to extend or become permanent that will see you outon the road across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs , building current business relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving growth. You’ll manage your own schedule, connect with prospective clients face-to-face and turn opportunities into new partnerships. If you’re motivated bysales, relationships and results , this could bethe perfect fit!
With a strong focus on theEarly Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, you’ll work closely with early childhood centres to provide tailoredtraining solutions thatsupport anddevelop theirstaff .
The successful candidate will hold acurrent driver’s licence , have access to areliable vehicle , and beprepared to travel across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.
About You:

You’reexperienced in theECEC sector and ready to take thenext step beyond a centre-based role. You’ll draw on your experience and connections to partner with early childhood centres, helping them access high-quality training solutions that create a genuine impact.

- Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Drive to consistently achieve targets
- Willingness to learn
- Flexibility to travel acrossAdelaide and surrounding suburbs, as required
- The ability to build successful long term business relationships
- WWC Check
- Driver’s Licence/Reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated experience in the Aged Care sector
- Demonstrated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
- Qualifications in Businessor Education Sector
