Rio Tinto is seeking a Blast Supervisor to lead a team of blast operators within the Drill & Blast group in Western Australia. You will mentor, coach and develop the team, promoting safety and secure work practices while driving performance, cost efficiency and innovation on site.

Rostered 8 days on, 6 days off and 7 nights on, 7 days off, with relocation support to WA. Reporting to the Drill & Blast Superintendent, you will supervise blasting activities and ensure compliance with Rio
