Job Description

State of Victoria is seeking multiple full-time Youth Justice Advanced Case Managers to operate in the North West Metro Area, including Reservoir, Broadmeadows, Sunshine and Werribee. You will supervise high-risk young people on court orders and coordinate rehabilitative interventions to promote accountability and rehabilitation within the community.

Role requires solid case management, communication, and reporting skills, with travel to sites as needed.
