About the role
This role provides broad, hands-on marketing execution support across ADAPT's two core audiences, vendor-side and end-user-side. The role manages ADAPT's microsites and landing pages, coordinates event marketing activity, and executes email marketing campaigns. The main tools used in this role are HubSpot, WordPress and Claude. This will be a marketing generalist role, well suited to someone looking to gain broad exposure across marketing.
What you will do
- Build, update and maintain websites, portals and landing pages in WordPress and HubSpot across all events and campaigns.
- Keep event agendas, speaker photos, logos and other web content accurate, on-brand and error-free across both audience-facing sites.
- Execute GTM campaign activity end-to-end under the direction of the Marketing Director.
- Build and send email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot.
- Support delegate acquisition and private roundtable coordination, including invitations, registrations and follow-up communications in HubSpot.
- Report on marketing campaign performance and provide insights to the team.
- Support marketing activity across both ADAPT's vendor and end-user audiences.
- Provide flexible, hands-on support across content, operations, digital and campaign functions as priorities shift.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team on ad hoc tasks and projects, gaining exposure across the full marketing function.
What you will need
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technology, IT services or B2B events.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress, or a strong aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high standard of accuracy across web and campaign content.
- Strong prioritisation skills, comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Clear, professional written communication skills for email and web content.
- Genuine curiosity to build broad marketing capability across content, digital and campaign execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-moving environment.
