An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Womenswear Department Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our HighpointConcept Store. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Hands on and solid leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.

- Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.

- Exposure to stock volumes and stock management.
n
- Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
n
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
