About the role

Join a team that makes a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our community. In this customer-focused role, you will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of aquatic centre users, helping them access programs, services and activities that support active and healthy lifestyles. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will build positive relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone who visits the Inner West Council Aquatic centres.

Remuneration

$32.25 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

- Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry
- Experience in a fast‑paced high volume customer service environment




- A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
- Organisational and administrative skills
