Our Client is now recruiting for multiple Customer Solution Supervisors across South Australia to manage customer service enquiries in stores throughout the state. We are recruiting for four stores across Adelaide that specialise in freight and custom packaging.

We are hiring for several positions, and we are looking for individuals who enjoy working by themselves but thrive on solving problems and providing excellent customer service, face to face and over the phone.

What will you do?

You will run the front desk and be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries. You will liaise with drivers and logistics companies while recommending freight solutions. Most of your day will be working on your own so we are looking for friendly problem solvers who also enjoy their own space.

You will be meeting clients, measuring and quoting for freight, keeping records and organising drivers. Your day will be as diverse as a customers needs might be, which can be exciting but mostly you will be ensuring valuable cargo gets safely from A to B.

What is involved?

Solving Problems. Customer brings in something fragile, valuable, or an odd shape. You will consult with the customer and make recommendations on how to package and post the item safely and efficiently.

Pricing and Quoting. Weights, volumes,



carrier options and transit times are calculated and you will present pricing options for each consignment. Confidence with numbers matters.

Advising Clients. Diagnose what the customer needs and present solutions.

Organising. Drivers, dispatch cut-offs, logistics and all front-desk enquiries.

Our Client runs a structured management development program for people who want to manage a store and you will be trained across packaging methods, freight pricing, store systems and the commercials of running a site.

We are recruiting for multiple openings and are keen to identify candidates who are motivated, able to learn quickly and progress into current store management positions.
