Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, patient-focused clinical environment?
We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join an established multidisciplinary allied health practice in Melbourne's north-west.
You will work with a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation presentations while developing strong clinical relationships with your patients.
The Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and rehabilitation tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough physiotherapy assessments and clinical examinations.
- Developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Using manual therapy and joint mobilisation techniques where clinically appropriate.
- Prescribing individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Providing functional movement and mobility training.
- Educating patients on injury management, prevention and self-management.
- Supporting patients with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as required.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Communicating effectively with patients, GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Working collaboratively with other practitioners within a multidisciplinary environment.
Your Caseload
You will have exposure to a varied caseload, including:
- Back and neck pain
- Sports injuries
- Joint pain and arthritis
- Hip conditions
- Sciatica and nerve-related pain
- Headaches and migraines
- Muscle strains and tension
- Chronic pain
- Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions
- Women's health presentations
- Postural concerns
- Balance and mobility difficulties
- Foot and ankle conditions
- Shoulder and elbow conditions
- Post-operative rehabilitation
The practice takes a holistic approach to care, with treatment focused not only on symptom management but also on restoring movement, improving function and supporting long-term wellbeing.
About You
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is:
- AHPRA registered and eligible to practise in Australia.
- Passionate about patient-centred care.
- Confident in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
- Interested in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Able to build strong relationships with patients.
- A clear and confident communicator.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
- Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
- Professional, reliable and enthusiastic about growing their clinical skills.
