About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join a growing allied health practice in Frankston.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing personalised, evidence-based care and working with patients across a broad range of musculoskeletal, sports and rehabilitation conditions.
You will have the opportunity to work with patients experiencing back and neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis and joint stiffness, tendon and ligament injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Manage a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
- Support patients through post-operative and functional rehabilitation.
- Develop progressive exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, balance and overall function.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery and self-management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with professional standards.
- Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a team-oriented clinical environment.
Treatment & Clinical Services
The practice provides a range of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, including:
- Physiotherapy
- Sports injury management and rehabilitation
The clinical approach may involve combining different treatment methods to provide comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's needs.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Is registered with AHPRA and eligible to practise in Australia.
- Has strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is passionate about patient outcomes and evidence-based practice.
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Has an interest in musculoskeletal, sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development.
New graduates with a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy are also encouraged to apply.
