We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join an established multidisciplinary practice in Brookvale, where the focus is on helping clients recover from injury, restore movement, build strength and return to the activities they love.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining hands-on physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, clinical education and evidence-based treatment.
About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload and provide individualised assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programs based on each patient's condition, lifestyle and goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and clinical examinations.
- Develop individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatment.
- Use manual therapy and soft-tissue techniques where clinically appropriate.
- Prescribe progressive exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Support clients through pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Develop strength, mobility, balance and functional conditioning programs.
- Assist clients with return-to-work and return-to-sport goals.
- Provide injury prevention and education programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Use appropriate outcome measures to track rehabilitation.
- Educate patients on injury management,
recovery and self-management.
- Communicate with GPs, specialists, surgeons and other allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Contribute to a cooperative multidisciplinary team.

You may also work with clients managing chronic health conditions and other complex rehabilitation needs, providing an opportunity to broaden your clinical experience.
