Total Tools is seeking a Retail Systems Support to join the Merchandise team. You'll help keep our stores running smoothly by supporting product data, troubleshooting system issues and resolving challenges across pricing, ordering and EDI.

The role uses SQL and Excel to investigate issues and improve processes, partnering with stores, suppliers and internal teams. The position is hybrid, with 2 days work-from-home and 3 days in the office across Heatherton and Port Melbourne.
